Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and coach a high-performing sales team focused on full-cycle enterprise sales support
Revenue Generation: Drive profitable revenue aligned with TELUS' capabilities and corporate strategy
Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key partners (Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Avaya)
Solution Development: Architect complex enterprise communications solutions
Performance Management:
Manage sales pipeline through SFDC (Salesforce)
Create innovative solutions and strategies
Present sales reports to senior management
Participate in bid governance processes
Qualifications
10+ years of sales leadership experience in UC solutions
Proven track record leading enterprise solutions sales teams
Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
Strong background in telecom industry or related enterprise sectors
Expertise in both public and commercial sectors
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Sales certifications
University degree or equivalent senior-level experience
Experience with Cisco, Microsoft, or Avaya platforms
Strong background in cloud voice and managed services
