Job Description: The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.

Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable

Ituna is located approximately 77 km west of Yorkton
Preference will be given to nurses with community nursing experience
Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
Required to obtain BLS-HCP within 6 months of employment
