What You’ll Do
Lead resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Complete assessments & personalized care plans
Provide medications, treatments, and wound care
Use PointClickCare for electronic documentation and MDS assessments
Liaise with families, physicians, and other health professionals
Delegate tasks and provide leadership as Charge Nurse
Participate in care conferences and medication reviews
What You Bring
Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
CPR/First Aid Certification
Proficient in eMAR and electronic documentation
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Long-term care experience preferred
