What you’ll do:
As a Maintenance Clerk, you will support the safe, clean, and efficient operation of our facilities and grounds. You will perform routine maintenance, operate equipment, and ensure our spaces are well-maintained and welcoming year-round.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, including small engine, and hand tools.
Perform routine housekeeping and facility upkeep, including cleaning, waste disposal, and minor repairs.
Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and document work accurately.
Maintain exterior grounds through mowing, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep.
Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed.

Who you are:
You are looking for a hands-on role in Facility Maintenance and:
You have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
You have mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience (an asset).
You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
You have or are willing to obtain a Forklift and Aerial Platform Lift license.
You’re capable of lifting up to 50lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
You’re safety-minded, reliable, and take pride in maintaining clean and functional spaces.
