Ride the next mile with us! We are seeking an Operational Training Intern to support the delivery of training programs and help team members build the skills needed for success in their roles. This position focuses on facilitating engaging learning experiences and providing ongoing support to a designated group of individuals. Responsibilities Assist in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions for employees to support their job performance and professional development Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees, helping them apply new skills and knowledge in their daily tasks. Assist in assessing the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve training quality. Help manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and technology requirements. Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs within the designated group of employees. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Logistics, Organization Development, Human Resources or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in using training software and tools, an asset. Strong organizational and project management skills.
