L’équipe multidisciplinaire des cliniques Soutien aux enfants par TELUS Santé collabore avec les familles, les écoles et les milieux de garde afin d’apporter un soutien personnalisé pour un large éventail de difficultés. Notre priorité est l’atteinte de changements significatifs dans la vie des enfants et des adolescents par l’entremise du dépistage, de l’évaluation et d’interventions spécialisées. Voici comment : Vous travaillerez en clinique pour offrir des évaluations et du suivi individuel à une clientèle variée âgée de 5 à 18 ans. Tout en ayant une charge de travail équilibrée et une grande liberté dans vos interventions, vous serez soutenu par notre équipe multidisciplinaire ainsi que par notre équipe administrative. Vous aurez aussi accès à de la supervision clinique et à du matériel d'évaluation de qualité. Comment vous ferez une différence : Vous ferez passer des évaluations psychologiques aux clients en vue de poser un diagnostic; Vous offrirez un suivi psychologique individuel aux clients ou offrirez du coaching parental; Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec les membres de l'équipe en participant à des évaluations et interventions multidisciplinaires; Vous pourriez donner des formations, selon les besoins de nos milieux partenaires; Vous pourriez être impliqué dans divers projets spéciaux, à proximité ou en région éloignée; Vous effectuerez la tenue de dossiers via notre plateforme interne. Vous possédez : Vous détenez une maîtrise ou un doctorat en psychologie; Vous êtes membre en règle de l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec; Vous détenez de l’expérience clinique auprès des enfants et/ou des adolescents (stage ou expérience professionnelle); Vous avez une connaissance à jour des outils d’évaluation psychologique; Vous êtes à l’aise avec une variété de problématiques, incluant l’évaluation et la gestion du risque suicidaire; Vous savez rédiger des rapports d’évaluation de façon claire, concise et efficace; Vous savez travailler en équipe et communiquer de façon transparente et professionnelle avec les clients; Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et avez la capacité à gérer les imprévus.
