One of our companies is currently looking for a Data Scientist, CXO Data Science in Canada.

As a Data Scientist on the CXO team, you will develop predictive models, ensure high data quality, and create dashboards that empower business decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive impactful insights. Accountabilities:
Build and maintain predictive models for forecasting, ticket routing, and customer service optimization.
Develop and manage a centralized CXO data mart, ensuring high standards of quality and accessibility.
Create and refine dashboards to track KPIs related to customer service performance, cost efficiency, and revenue.
Support experimentation, campaign analysis, and implementation of new data science initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment between data solutions and business objectives.
Solid foundation in data science methodologies, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
Experience in managing data architecture and ensuring data quality across complex datasets.
Proficiency in tools and platforms like dbt, Airflow, AWS, Python, and GitHub.
Familiarity with customer service metrics and working knowledge of ticketing data.
Ability to turn business problems into data-driven strategies with clarity and precision.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
