Have you ever been frustrated by the lack of usability of developer tools? If
the answer is yes, then ASBX - Operator Tools is the place for you. Our Charter
is to improve the builder experience when it comes to operator tools. These are
all the workflows post code deployment that never seem to work without a lot of
manual intervention. Our goal in Operator Tools is to build tools that can be
used across Amazon to make the operator experience easier, faster, and most
importantly safer. As a leader, in this space your charter will be focused on
providing operators with timely and relevant operational insights to identify
operational gaps and accelerate diagnosis and remediation of incidents.

initiatives that improve the builder experience. You will own the goals and
roadmap(s) for several services in this space . A leader in this space must
demonstrate strong leadership as you control your own destiny in Amazon's
ownership oriented culture.
