Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with Talent Acquisition team on the full recruitment cycle process Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers Conduct screening and interviews Prepare new hire documentation using existing templates Support onboarding when required Identify and develop process improvements and work instructions with a continuous improvement and efficiency mindset Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience: College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources Working towards Human Resources designation Proven verbal and written communications skills Professional, responsive, and customer-focused High attention to detail Proficient computer skills in a variety of applications Positive attitude This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program.
