Our team takes pride in successfully completing projects in remote and logistically challenging environments, supporting community development with quality and care.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Project Administrator to support our project teams with day-to-day project administrative functions and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Administrator will support Project Managers and the teams by handling administrative duties and ensuring smooth project operations:
Assist with organizing and maintaining project files, records, and documentation
Coordinate communications and scheduling between project team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare, submit, and track project-related forms, reports, and documents
Support Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date project logs, change orders, and related files
Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Track and follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and task completion
Book travel, accommodations, and manage rotation schedules for out-of-town staff
Help monitor and maintain inventory of project supplies and materials
Support internal team communications and workflow tracking
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and personnel information
Provide general administrative support to the construction team as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or project-based work
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Indigenous or northern communities is an asset
Knowledge of remote work logistics and construction terminology is an asset
