Job Title Supply Planner (Mississauga, Ontario) Job Description 553902 Supply Planner (Mississauga, Ontario) Drive end-to-end supply planning to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Your role: As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing supply chain performance across manufacturing, commercial, and partner organizations, directly impacting product availability and operational excellence. You will work closely with Commercial Organizations, Manufacturing Value Streams, OEMs, and other Supply Centers to align planning processes, resolve issues, and drive efficiency across the value chain. This role offers the opportunity to support strategic initiatives, improve key performance indicators, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate with a global team and contribute to the success of the Personal Health North America supply planning organization. This position may include remote flexibility, cross-border collaboration, and potential travel based on business needs. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management (with a Bachelor's degree) or 1+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; this is an individual contributor role. Your skills include Advanced Planning tools (Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, O9), Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot tables, v-lookups, index, etc.), and the ability to drive improvements through daily management and problem solving. (Bonus if ASCM CPIM certified or in progress.) You have a Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. You’re an effective communicator with strong math and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
