Job Title: Shutdown Journeyperson Boilermaker
Job Summary:
We are seeking Journeyperson Boilermaker with industrial/shutdown experience for an upcoming turnaround projects in Fort McMurray, AB.
Key Responsibilities:
Layout, shape and cut metal and other materials using hot and cold methods,
Fit and assemble components using fastening methods such as bolting and welding,
Inspect, test and perform repairs on pressure and non-pressure systems,
Assemble and utilize cranes and other hoisting equipment to move and place materials,
Design, assemble and use winch and block systems,
Execute complex hoisting operations such as large tandem lifts, and
Scope expectations also include exchanger bundle pulling, channel head removal, gasket replacements and welding activities.
Qualifications:
CSO (Common Safety Orientation) - Energy Safety Canada (ESC)
Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection
Energy Safety Canada Confined Space
Journeyperson Ticket
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-access Drug and Alcohol Test
Travel & Schedule:
Willing to stay in camp accommodations
Travel to site provided
Various Rotation as per client requirement
