Job Description: The EMT/PCP Coordinator (Superintendent) is an integral member and leader for front line staff, coordinating operational resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring established policies, procedures, and work standards are followed, as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching of personnel. As a member of the front line team, the EMT/PCP Coordinator (Superintendent) is responsible for scene management and support to patients, families and staff. The EMT/PCP Coordinator (Superintendent) reports to the Manager of EMS Operations, or designate for the area of province they are working. They may also provide occasional support or input on provincial initiatives.

Experience
Minimum of two years' experience as a practicing Primary Care Paramedic.
Supervisory experience is an asset
Education
Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP)
Licenses
Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor Certificate (BCLS)
Valid Class 4 driver's license

Clean Driver's Abstract
Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level
Experience coordinating, and facilitating adult education is an asset.
