Parkway Consumers Co-operative Limited is hiring a Part-Time Office Clerk
(24-40 hours/week) at our Roblin Administrative Office.
What you’ll do: The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for various office duties within our administration department while mainly focusing on the following:
Keying and processing daily sales and reconciliations.
A/R accounts.
Assist in the completion of membership applications, changes to accounts and/or withdrawals.
Answering phones and forwarding calls.
Assisting customers with inquiries.
Processing payments.
Patronage/Equity.
Who you are:
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
You have knowledge of clerical practices.
You possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
Administrative background would be considered an asset.
Post secondary education would be considered an asset.
