Additionally, we provide training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.Your main responsibilities:Oversee the evening schedule, from 13h to 21h30, from Monday to FridayCoordinate the work of the distribution center team.Plan the effective management of daily operations.Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods.Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.QualificationsTo join our team, you need, among other things:A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).Diligence in work organization and procedure control.Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).Additional InformationUAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
