We are hiring a Customer Support Administrator to work from our head office in Burnaby, BC Monday-Friday permanent full-time in-office position. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator focuses on
providing a full scope of administrative and customer service support to our West Coast team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Provide administrative and customer service support.
· Organize samples and send samples to customers and sales representatives.
· Assist with organizing and maintaining document filing and other company paperwork.
· Assist with Ad Hoc duties as required.
· Audit and analyze all invoices for potential errors and/or discrepancies.
· Prepare and complete Order Entries.
· Obtain client orders via fax, phone, email, and our automated system; create Pick Lists for incoming orders.
· Review and audit Pick Lists for potential inventory issues, short dates, and other errors.
· Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external members. Provide order confirmations.
· Establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing accounts and prospective clients.
· All other duties as assigned by management
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum two years of admin or customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail and effective time management and project management skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and team oriented.
Must be able to work autonomously and cross-collaboratively with other departments.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SAP, ERP, and CRM is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suites, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 25 kgs.
