We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for the Engineering Team.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust fullstack features across Ruby and React codebasesLead and scope technical projects, working closely with product and engineering peers to align on goals and execution plansBuild and maintain scalable, production-grade APIs with a focus on uptime, reliability, and maintainabilityImplement and advocate for automated testing, continuous deployment, and contract validation practicesTake full ownership of features - from planning and design to deployment and supportGuide architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to enable deeper integrations and impactful solutionsMentor fellow developers through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharingContribute to internal standards, tooling, and processes that elevate our overall engineering quality
What You Bring:
Strong proficiency in Ruby and familiarity with Rails, with a track record of contributing to production-grade systemsExperience developing front-end applications in JavaScript, ideally using ReactDeep understanding of API lifecycle management, including:Designing and maintaining high-uptime servicesContinuous integration and deployment practicesAutomated test coverage and contract validationProven ability to lead projects and align technical execution with business goalsStrong architectural mindset, able to balance simplicity, performance, and long-term maintainabilityFamiliarity with CSS and modern styling frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, CSS preprocessors)Excellent communication skills - you bring clarity to complex situations and help teams stay alignedComfortable mentoring others and providing constructive feedback through code review and pairing
Bonus:
Experience with SMART on FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standardsExperience working with EHR platforms or healthcare integrations
