The Client Service Representative will be leading from the front, responsible for representing our clients’ brands and providing each customer with a professional and upstanding knowledge base on services and products offered.
Client Service Representative will also:
Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all existing and potential new consumers as a pleasant, level-headed customer service professional
Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening when responding to customer inquiries regarding the products and services they are interested in or already obtained
Engage in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivation, and overcoming objection
Address customer concerns with care and focus on solutions when managing difficult customer situations
Follow a sale through to completion by overseeing the order status and the product/service installation to ensure contracts are executed according to the company terms
Attend daily and weekly meetings to stay informed on the latest product and service updates and promotions
Work well within a team environment and independently with minimum direction
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have the following qualities:
Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
Ability to build rapport with new customers, upsell products, and improve sales margins
An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
Ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions
Punctual time management and strong organizational skills
Efficient email management and basic understanding of CRM system
Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
Client Service Representative requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Must be available for a full-time schedule
Must be willing to travel to our Pickering office daily for work, this is an In-Person role
Previous experience in customer service positions is an asset
Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business, or Advertising is preferred
