Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Assessor Coordinator Degree works as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide clinical services within the program areas of Inpatient (Detox, Hospital), Outpatient Mental Health Addictions Community Services and Community Outreach. The position supports and coordinates department services, facilitates, restores, maintains and enhances the mental health and recovery of clients. As in integral part of the mental health and addictions team, the incumbent provides a complex range of counseling, programming, screening, assessment, treatment and case coordination services to clients. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement."

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Bachelor of Addictions Counseling is acceptable
