In this role, you’ll ensure that the right users have the right access at the right time by enabling scalable identity processes, supporting access reviews, and promoting best practices. You’ll also mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to improve access controls and drive a strong identity-first security culture. What you’ll do: Enable user access across multiple systems to support identity lifecycle management (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) according to policy. Support the management of role-based access controls (RBAC) based on job roles, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements. Maintain IAM platform and integrations ensuring accurate data synchronization and policy enforcement. Enable and lead regular access reviews to validate that user entitlements are accurate, appropriate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Facilitate access monitoring reporting and support audits by providing evidence and addressing control gaps. Communicate IAM concepts and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing and capability development What we’re looking for: Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a detailed eye Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Team player passionate about helping others succeed Ability to draw insight and pick up on intangibles within complex information What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or engineering and at least six years of cyber security experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Cybersecurity knowledge including IAM tools, access control models and best practices Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is an asset At FCC, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace.
