What You Will Do: Be the expert on product flow through assigned terminal assets and how all assets interact together to optimize system efficiency. Have a broad understanding of all technical aspects of pipeline design and operations to drive safe, optimized solutions out of a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders. Assess the feasibility of commercial requests and develop ideas into solutions for execution (scope screening, triages, etc.). Provide recommendations on complex business problems to drive decision-making. Use deep system understanding and business insight to pinpoint and craft arguments for optimization opportunities. Conduct risk assessments for proposed new projects and operational changes. Offer and implement ideas for continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards. Coach, mentor, and motivate junior team members and stakeholders. Employ technology to enhance business processes and team efficiency. Who you are: University degree in Engineering Registered member with APEGA as a P.Eng. in the Province of Alberta Minimum 6 years of progressive experience; preferably in oil & gas or the pipeline industry.
