A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance
The auditing division in Trust & Safety is looking for dynamic people that are very well organized and will be handling the oversight of processes relating to the Trust & Safety portfolio. They should enjoy working as a team but also be independent enough to operate solo efficiently. Trust & Safety is an important part of our business, and candidates must be passionate about “doing the right thing” as a major element within auditing will be to hold an unbiased and objective viewpoint while ensuring process governance and risk management, both of which are vital to the company’s success.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform audits including governance of existing/new processes and ensuring compliance regulations are met
Identify gaps (inefficiencies) or potential risks
Create process flowcharts and checklists
Create detailed audit reports summarizing findings and proposed changes/recommendations
Create and maintain action items from audit reports
Create and maintain documentation related to ongoing and new processes
Communicate with multiple parties involved within a workflow (Gathering information and communication of gaps/risks)
Create monthly and annual reports summarizing performed audits
Act as an independent source with an objective view
Engage in continuous updating of compliance / Trust & Safety regulations
What you’ll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience reviewing and understanding processes.
Must have knowledge of building flowcharts
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Visio (Or Gliffy), Excel, powerpoint)
Effective time management & organization
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Effective ability to take information and convert into condensed actionable items
Strong communication skills written and orally
Comfortable in a multitask/ priority changing environment
Ability to think outside the box when seeking ways to make things more efficient
Strong work ethic in both an individual and collaborative environment
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
Experience with Jira or Confluence
