Job Description:
Regional Manager Purpose
To support and train the Area Managers and lead the company to its vision.
Regional Manager Duties
Be able to systemize what an ideal dental office looks like.
Train Area Manager and certify to independently follow our vision
Appropriately holding Area managers accountable to their position
PR’s of AMAN’s in a systemized manner
Ensure systems are being properly adhered to -Use the company’s best practices
Forecasting along with P&L reviews
Manage Dentist Retention
Monthly Team Meetings
Op’s Meeting
Use situational leadership.
Establish concepts for Team Day and Leadership Retreat that fulfil vision and painted picture
Renovation management
Understand and utilize the Org Chart/LOA
Regional Manager Requirements As the ideal candidate you possess:
