In this role, you’ll play a key part in maturing our PAM capabilities, implementing and optimizing controls, and reducing risk across critical environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and drive adoption of privileged access management best practices across the organization. What you’ll do: Design, implement and maintain privileged access management (PAM) solutions that enforce least privilege and just-in-time access Monitor and analyze privileged access activities to detect and respond to potential misuse or anomalies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM controls across systems and platforms Develop and maintain PAM policies, procedures, and technical standards aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements Conduct access reviews and support audits by providing evidence and insights into privileged account usage Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing and capability development Communicate PAM concepts and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption What we’re looking for: Ability to analyze complex access scenarios and develop effective controls and workflows Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Team player passionate about helping others succeed A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk reduction What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science or engineering and at least six years of cybersecurity experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Hands-on experience with privileged access management tools and practices Strong understanding of least privilege, just-in-time access and Zero Trust principles Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is an asset At FCC, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace.
