Process monthly time sheets to Manager. Orders all office supplies for branch Some Data entry Entering & processing all branch credits. What you will bring: High School education plus a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years work experience in a similar role, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) is required; Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written; Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization; Highly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment; Extreme attention to detail; Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment; Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
