You will ensure operational excellence, strategic alignment, and data-driven decision-making across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the Change Management team, responsible for overseeing technology changes, managing cross-functional impacts, and ensuring business service levels are maintained. Lead the Reporting & Analytics team, focused on delivering automated reporting, insightful data analysis, and scalable solutions to support strategic decisions. Host and facilitate meetings with executive leadership, translating complex data into clear business language and actionable plans. Build strong relationships across the bank, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Provide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor, identifying emerging trends and recommending solutions. Drive operational excellence by implementing new processes, systems, and technologies that enhance performance and adaptability. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements. Promote adherence to industry standards and best practices, while continuously enhancing operational capabilities. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning team culture with BMO’s purpose and values. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in IT, business, or related environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Business. Solid understanding of IT operations with a strong focus on ITIL v4 practices, particularly Change Management; knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Release Management is a strong asset. Strong technical and business acumen with experience in systems, tools, and process dependencies. Expert-level communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to influence, collaborate across teams, and manage ambiguity. Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and executive-level reporting. Salary: $92,400.00 - $171,600.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
