Builds and manages relationships with internal and external partners that are key to the sales and distribution of products per assigned channel. Maintains an understanding of channel business objectives to develop strategic and tactical plans, integrate product channel plans across assigned portfolios, maximize opportunities, and minimize risks. Works across BMO to develop solutions that optimize marketing channel performance and advance the customer experience. Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Leverages channel analytics to manage and optimize channel solutions. Works with stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness of strategic implementations. Executes work within the channel in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. Industry accreditations an asset (CSC/IFIC, PFP, CFP, CFA). Experience in the investment industry and within channels. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.
