Receptionist
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor and following company performance standards, the Receptionist will be responsible for tasks related to CCA clientele, employees, and both assigned and potential clients, while ensuring service-level requirements are met. As the primary point of contact, the Receptionist facilitates communication between clients and the appropriate personnel based on their inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers daily as the face of the organization
Answer call inquiries and maintain visitor logs
Process walk-in payments
Enter manual business into systems
Generate manual letters
Process letter and receipt requests for Collection Officers and clients at their request
Process incoming and outgoing mail for couriers
Act as back up to the credit card line
Assist with other administrative duties, as required
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is considered in asset
Customer service and call centre experience is considered an asset
Post-secondary certification in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Secretary is considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication
Technological skills - typing (40+ WPM)
Self-motivated, goal and detail oriented
Sound decision making and judgement
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work individually and with a team in a fast paced environment
Strong grasp of the English language
Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal record check
**Requirements:
High School Diploma
To meet provincial licensing requirements, candidates holding a Work Permit must ensure it has at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of application.
Proof of validity must be provided at the interview stage.
