Remote (Calgary-based), Full-Time, 12-Month Contract

This junior-level role offers hands-on experience in healthcare billing, physician account management, and cross-platform data coordination — all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office days at our Sunpark SE, Calgary location. Applicants must reside in the Calgary area and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
What You’ll Do:
Update and maintain physician billing and account spreadsheets
Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports using Excel and billing software
Generate and send physician statements
Ensure accurate data entry across multiple billing platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to manage and track billing files
Work across multiple systems to compile and share billing documentation
What You Bring:
Post-secondary diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years billing or accounting experience (international experience welcome)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting)
Experience with ClinicAid or other billing platforms is an asset
Familiarity with AHS billing codes or ICD classifications is a bonus
