Job Summary: Project Manager will report to the Portfolio CFO and work in close collaboration with the other project managers on the NetSuite implementation team within Volaris, including the finance teams in ensuring the successful implementation of NetSuite for JEM entities; including training, documentation, provide post-Go Live support for the finance teams. JEM is a sub-portfolio of 8 businesses within Volaris group. Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of NetSuite for all JEM entities Collaborate with finance heads for scoping work, gathering data for migration from Microsoft GP, and assist in testing data Create training documents and train the finance teams Work closely with NetSuite project consultants - monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met and project stays on track Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports Work with other project managers on the project to track project expense and maintain accurate records for cross charging. Provide administrative support to the project team where required Qualifications Proven experience as in a similar role/capacity – previous NetSuite/ERP implementation Project management, Financial reporting or accounting background Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software/ Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work well independently and with a team Knowledge of software accounting is a plus.
