In Workday Adaptive Planning, you will focus on providing consulting services for workforce and financial planning solutions. You will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Adaptive Planning. This role enables clients to optimize FP&A processes, improve reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Meaningful work you’ll be part of As a Manager, you shall be responsible for leading and participating in the successful implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning and Reporting solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Effectively mentor others and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members. Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Analyze detailed financial planning, workforce planning, and reporting processes to identify improvement opportunities. Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions, as well as managing work streams of a complex project to implement improvements. Identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas: System application implementations and software configurations Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the finance functions powered by Workday Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location. Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
