The Learning Partner – Sales, reporting to the Head of Learning and Development - Americas, is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable training programs aimed at accelerating time to proficiency, improving sales productivity, driving the achievement of sales targets, and ensuring consistent execution across all sales roles. This role works closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product teams, and Human Resources to develop training aligned with go-to-market strategy and business objectives.

What does this mean on a day-to-day basis
Design, deliver, and continuously improve the onboarding program for new hires, including live, instructor-led training and asynchronous resources.
Lead ongoing development programs that upskill our Sales teams.
Partner with Sales leaders to identify skills gaps and performance trends, and address them through tailored training and coaching.
Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions (virtual and in-person) that enhance product knowledge, sales process mastery, and messaging consistency.
Develop scalable enablement assets such as playbooks, toolkits, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessments.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs such as ramp time, productivity, quota attainment, and feedback.
Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives by training teams on value propositions, personas, and competitive positioning.
Leverage technologies (e.g., LMS, CRM) to track engagement and impact.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Demonstrated impact in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Leadership, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Deep understanding of the B2B sales environment.
Strong facilitation (in-person and virtual) skills.
Proven ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning experiences.
Experience with learning and enablement tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate and report on training effectiveness.
Innovative and creative approach to learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in a high-growth, cross-regional SaaS company.
Knowledge of CRM system, Dynamics, and sales analytics. Knowledge of LMS platform, Docebo.
Certification in instructional design, coaching, or a sales methodology.
Bilingual - English and French.
