RESPONSIBILITIES:

P&L Ownership and Business Acumen • Full accountability for site-level financial performance including revenue growth, cost optimization, gross margin improvement, and EBITDA. • Analyze and interpret financial data to drive strategic decisions. • Balance operational excellence with commercial outcomes to ensure long-term value creation.
Cross-functional Leadership and Culture Building • Lead and inspire teams across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. • Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement with a strong emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, and accountability. • Develop and mentor high-performing teams aligned with business goals.
Lean Leadership and Operational Excellence • Champion a continuous improvement mindset and embed Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., value stream mapping, visual management, daily management systems). • Standardize operational best practices across departments and locations. • Reduce waste, variability, and cycle time through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Execution Discipline and Results Focus • Define and cascade clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Implement dashboards and performance reviews to ensure progress against targets. • Maintain a strong focus on execution while investing in people, systems, and processes for long-term capability building.
Strategic Leadership and Market Positioning • Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan addressing market expansion, product diversification, and competitive positioning. • Navigate complex market dynamics including tariffs, geopolitical risks, and economic shifts. • Balance customer portfolios to mitigate risk and drive growth in target sectors. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-functional team management. • Demonstrated P&L ownership > $75M with a strong track record of financial performance improvement. • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. • Proven ability to build culture, lead change, and deliver sustainable business results. • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
