What You Will Do: Providing administrative support to the Legal and Finance departments Retrieving and registering Land Title Office documents (including E-filing) Maintaining minute books, annual reports and corporate records using the Automated Legal Forms (ALF) System. Previous ALF experience an asset, but the employer will train the right candidate Maintaining the Legal Department filing systems Assure discreet handling of all company business What You Bring: 2 years’ experience with corporate work will be an asset This position requires a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication (both written and oral), time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities and daily demands Proficiency in ALF corporate records software will be required, either prior to job commencement or following training Proficiency in office technology (including Microsoft Office applications) Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 About The Company: Onni For over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
