We are on the hunt for a Copy Lead to join the Knix Team. The successful candidate will bring campaigns to life that inspire and engage across Knix channels to drive results. You'll help to define the creative vision across product launches, photography, web, video, email marketing, social media, and retail marketing. You’ll champion and elevate the Knix brand, ensuring its tone of voice and point-of-view is cohesive, impactful, and resonates with diverse audiences across all channels.

The Opportunity
Producing written copy that utilizes the Knix brand voice across campaigns and marketing channels
Mentoring a small to medium sized team of copywriters to maintain brand voice consistency while promoting development
Collaborating with the other members of the marketing and creative teams (writers, art directors, graphic designers) to develop content and solve creative challenges within the business
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and creative quality
Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing and advertising copywriting and creative
A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual and strategic thinking and breadth of work
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Copywriting or relevant field of study
Proven leadership experience managing small to medium sized team previously (3+ years)
Skilled communicator and presenter to cross functional partners and senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities Knowledge and comfort of design tools including Figma
