If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, submit your application today!Service advisor duties include but are not limited to:Assist in scheduling customer vehicles for service work by allowing adequate time for repairs/maintenance and securing additional time as requiredHandle customers inquiries promptly and accurately, listen to vehicle concerns and write repair orders. Identify and give special attention to repeat repairsEnsure all customer requests or points of concern are documentedDetermine warranty coverage and verify repair date, mileage, etc.Review service history and provide appropriate recommendationsEstimate costs and completion timesMonitor work-in-progress to ensure that repairs are being performed properly and time schedule is being met as promisedResolve minor customer complaints for a win/win outcomePerform walk-around inspection on all customer vehicles noting damage such as: scratches, dents, missing hubcaps, etcArrange for alternate transportation as needed and manage loaner vehiclesWork to improve dealership CSI and general customer satisfaction. Perform follow up CSI calls after serviceThis position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service advisorTrack record of Sales, CSI and production related KPIsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesProficient with dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstractHigh school diploma required; post-secondary education in Automotive or Business is a plusAdditional InformationThis is a full time position.
