Official Internal Job Title: Graphic Artist Status: Regular Job Description: Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice-adjointe, agence, vous assurerez le montage électronique, la mise en page et la préparation de documents pour fins d’impression ou web, notamment pour la conception ou la mise à jour de formulaires, cartes d’affaires, manuels et autres documents techniques. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Concevoir et produire divers documents visuels (formulaires, cartes d’affaires, affiches, dépliants, bannières, présentations PowerPoint, médias sociaux, vidéos, etc.) selon les besoins internes. Effectuer la mise en page, le montage graphique et l’intégration d’éléments visuels en respectant les maquettes ou les indications fournies. Importer, modifier et appliquer des effets aux graphiques, photos et signatures; réaliser des retouches et ajustements colorimétriques au besoin. Monter des documents contenant des données variables informatiques. Préparer les supports pour l’impression ou la publication web, produire des épreuves et assurer leur vérification et expédition. Assurer un suivi rigoureux des documents spéciaux et des projets auprès des divers intervenants, comme les imprimeurs. Numériser et optimiser les éléments graphiques pour une utilisation multiplateforme (impression standard, laser, web). Participer à la production de contenu pour les médias sociaux, vidéos et documents promotionnels en lien avec les campagnes marketing. Gérer l’archivage, l’organisation et la mise à jour de la banque d’images et du matériel de production. Veiller à l'application cohérente des normes graphiques et de la marque Beneva dans l’ensemble des productions. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires de premier cycle en communications graphiques, ou l’équivalent Cumuler un minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires Posséder une connaissance approfondie des outils Adobe (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect).
