Official Internal Job Title: Financial Governance and Standards Consultant Status: Regular Job Description: À titre de conseiller(-ère) normalisation et gouvernance financière, vous travaillerez au respect des normes comptables pour les sociétés du groupe. Vous participerez à l'interprétation et l'application IFRS. Vous effectuerez des travaux d’analyse, de contrôle, de validation et de recherche pour la production et l’approbation des états financiers et autres rapports financiers. En plus, vous collaborerez à l’optimisation de processus et au maintien d'un service à la clientèle de qualité. Vous assisterez les gestionnaires dans l’exercice efficace de leurs responsabilités en fournissant des analyses et des recommandations. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Participer aux travaux en matière de gouvernance financière (élaboration des outils de travail, des stratégies, des procédures, des calendriers de tests, etc.) Collaborer à la vigie des normes IFRS et des meilleures pratiques comptables de l’industrie Appuyer les membres de l’équipe dans l’application des normes comptables et contribuer à leur formation S’assurer de la cohérence des conventions comptables dans les différentes entités du groupe Analyser les nouvelles normes comptables et participer à la mise en place des changements nécessaires à leur application Exercer un rôle conseil auprès de la direction concernant le traitement comptable de transactions complexes en appuyant ses recommandations sur les normes en vigueur Participer à l’élaboration du dossier de fin d'année pour l’audit annuel et en effectuer le suivi auprès des auditeurs externes quant aux questions comptables complexes Participer activement aux projets actuels et futurs de la Direction; projets qui demanderont une expertise interne et une collaboration transversale avec diverses équipes de l’organisation (ex: ESG, Gouvernance Financière) Vos talents et qualifications : Baccalauréat universitaire en sciences comptables Titre professionnel comptable reconnu (CPA, CA, etc) ou en voie de l'obtenir Avoir une excellente connaissance des normes IFRS en vigueur Minimum de 3 années d’expérience jugées pertinentes Maitrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise #S2 #LI-Hybrid Beneva is an equal opportunity employer, so we encourage all Women, persons with disabilities, Indigenous people as well as visible and ethnic minorities to apply.
