You'll also have the opportunity to work in a modern, inspiring environment.Job DescriptionThe auditor participates in quality and safety monitoring by conducting audits related to the safety management system (SMS).ResponsibilitiesPerforms audits in their assigned operational sector according to the audit plans elaborated by the Manager, Audit Programs.Ensures compliance of quality assurance and safety standards. Conducts audits according to regulatory requirements as well as recommended practices and standards of IOSA (ISARPs).Prepares or revises the checklists.Identifies gaps during audits and proposes corrective actions.Documents the reports of these inspections and the findings into the database ICARUS.Ensures the monitoring of corrective actions and verifies their effectiveness in accordance with internal processes,Ensures that any anomaly discovered during a compliance inspection that would violate the policy and procedures of the company, or the Canadian Aviation Regulations, is reported immediately,QualificationsCompletion of college or university in a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry; specifically in airline operations.Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auditor.Pilot License is an asset.Experience in IOSA audits an asset.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, diplomacy, tact, impartiality.Languages: French / English (bilingual), oral and written.Computer skills: MS Office Suite, AIMS, AMOS.Additional Information*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
