Bilingual Manager, Investment Operations
Drive operational excellence in the insurance and asset management industry as a Manager, Fund Events. Use your fund accounting expertise and stakeholder coordination skills in a hybrid role supporting high-impact initiatives across Canadian Wealth Operations. Bilingual in French and English required.

Responsibilities:
• Support Canadian Operations initiatives, including post-implementation follow-up.
• Document process improvements and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Communicate and mitigate operational risks tied to project execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate fund system setups and implementation tasks.
• Liaise with custodians and valuation agents.
• Create impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze operating models and propose workflow optimizations.
• Recommend implementation strategies that align with business objectives.
• Develop tools and controls to improve data quality and operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What you will need to succeed:
• University degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
• 5–7+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fund accounting and back-office operations.
• Solid understanding of investment funds, insurance funds, and securities products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel required.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, reliable, and capable of working autonomously.
• Bilingual in French and English is essential to communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure accurate coordination of fund operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
