What you will be doing: Delivery of accurate and timely monthly management and board reporting. Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Partnering with stakeholders across the Insurance business to ensure financial data meets their needs and provides insight into performance drivers. Identifying trends and improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting, insights, and decision-making. Delivering high-quality ad hoc analysis and contributing to strategic finance initiatives. What you'll bring CA or CPA qualification, and a relevant tertiary degree. At least 3 years of experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner role, ideally within financial services or insurance. Advanced Excel and strong financial systems experience (e.g., GL, budgeting and forecasting tools). A high level of analytical ability and the confidence to interpret and communicate complex financial data to a wide range of stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment. A proactive mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
