Our team is growing, and we are seeking a Contingent Worker Analyst who will primarily be responsible for agreements relating to our Contingent Workforce (CW). Job location: Calgary, Alberta
Shift schedule: 5 x 2 (Monday – Friday), 8-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities:
Managing the life cycle of our contingent workforce including but not limited to: reviewing and finalizing approvals, agreement creation, agreement compliance, archiving documents, and terminations
Liaising with Finance, Accounting, IS, internal client business areas, contingent workers and other stakeholders to ensure that agreement terms address all related requirements, approvals and policies
Maintaining spreadsheets to track various items
Updating required data in the HR system
What you Bring to the Role:
5+ years of related industry experience with education within the areas of Human Resources or Supply Chain Management
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders both in person and remotely
