As a Director, Group Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are responsible for the promotion, sales, and servicing of group insurance products within the brokerage network under your responsibility (private sector). You will develop and implement a sales development strategy for Group Insurance products among brokers, working within a strong team where collaboration and mutual support are part of everyday life. Your responsibilities will include: Managing, mobilizing, and developing the talents of your team. Identifying new markets and emerging needs. Participating in the development of tactical and strategic directions, as well as in setting sales objectives for your sector. Ensuring the deployment and achievement of objectives among the representatives under your responsibility. Supporting and assisting your team when needed in carrying out their functions or handling more complex or sensitive cases. Overseeing implementation and ensuring customer service for newly sold groups. Establishing new methods or processes to enhance efficiency and drive growth in your sector. Building and maintaining business relationships and organizing promotional activities. Your Skills and Qualifications: University degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration). Financial security advisor certification. At least eight (8) years of sales experience, including five (5) years in group insurance. Strong knowledge of the group insurance distribution network. Some proficiency in French, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with French-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to support the company’s growth objectives.
