As a Client Relationship Manager within Group Retirement Savings, your primary goal is to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, thereby developing and maintaining top-tier market references. You aim to leverage your existing skills and experience by partnering with a provider expanding in the Canadian GRS market. Your responsibilities include maintaining and developing strong relationships with a defined block of clients and intermediaries in Western Canada. You will promote solutions and service offerings in line with the business unit's objectives and strategies. All interactions with both internal and external resources will reflect Desjardins' core behaviours: simplicity, people-focus, modern, and high performing, ensuring actions are always in the best interest of plan members, clients, and intermediaries. You will act as the voice of clients within Desjardins and foster relationships with colleagues in the Group Benefits Insurance area for joint opportunities. More specifically, you will be required to: Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate solutions with internal teams to ensure profitable growth and a high level of client satisfaction. Collect and analyze data, prepare results-oriented reports and presentations with relevant recommendations and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives. Establish business relationships with pension committee members, senior client contacts, intermediaries, and other group retirement savings stakeholders to anticipate client needs and ensure their full satisfaction with our services. Support the sales team by participating in short list and other presentations to showcase the GRS service offer. Ensure any identified issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner Resolve issues with the help of the appropriate internal teams. Contribute to internal projects to bring the client’s perspective to the conversation.
