JOB DESCRIPTION The role is responsible for all English and French customer service interactions via phone with a high regard for confidentiality, detail and accuracy. The Bilingual CSR’s primary responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls and redirecting the calls to the appropriate Ambassador, providing basic product information upon request for general order status information. In addition, this role is responsible for communicating backorder status, pricing, product cross-reference, local sales contacts to customers. Come inspire us through your dedication, creativity and exceptional performance - we'll do the same for you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Entering orders as per customer Purchase Order into Oracle. Entering orders for Pre-Orders and ship completes. Sending order confirmations to customers for booked orders through GFAX. Learn to identify customer needs or desires and redirect their calls to the appropriate department/individual. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status. Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to provide appropriate services or to redirect. Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints. Invoice and monthly statement printing and mailing to customers. New customer/Sales Representative account set up. Regular customer accounts maintenance. Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in written and spoken French and English. 2-3 years’ experience working in customer service, preferably in a bilingual role. Experience in medical devices/pharmaceutical industry is an asset. University degree or college diploma. Proficient in all MS Office Applications. Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities. Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment. Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner Additional Requirements: Ability to spend a substantial amount of time working with a computer and a phone at a standard office work station.
