Job Description: The HR Manager, Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical support for a global team with a wide variety of activities across multiple HR practices, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, onboarding and training support, benefits and HRIS administration. You will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources and collaborate with your peers in HR, Recruitment, Finance and Accounting to drive consistency and efficiency in administering processes, programs and practices. This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones. What You'll Do: Primary point of contact for Business Leaders across assigned business unit to provide coaching and guidance on HR-related items including talent management, role expectations, objective setting, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations. Ability to support a global team of employees that are located in US, Canada and India. Partner with business leaders on change management to support changing business needs; provide guidance on role development, and internal mobility initiatives to minimize risk and enable smooth transitions. Provide leadership coaching and develop tools and resources to grow leadership capabilities. Effectively establish and manage relationships with cross-departmental teams to drive success. Use people data and insights to identify trends, influence decisions, and proactively address challenges and provide actionable feedback to leadership. Collaborate with the total rewards team to manage compensation structure, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with company culture. Work collaboratively with centers of excellence to help solve employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and leave administration across the teams you support. Manage a variety of ongoing HR related projects within the business unit you support, as well as enterprise-wide HR projects. Conduct relevant transactions in our HRIS systems including promotions, transfers, job changes etc. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role with 3+ years as a HR Business Partner. CHRL or CHRP designation is required. Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and HR best practices in US & Canada. Familiar with the Employment Standard Act and common law principles. Knowledge of other US HR-related regulations including but not limited to ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC reporting and other federal laws, preferred. Extensive experience handling complex employee relations matters, including investigations Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in providing guidance to internal partners Good analytical skills and able to interpret HR data and provide insights to leadership.
