Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Reports to: Director of Sales | Location: Remote
Craver is on a mission to help coffee shops and QSRs grow with custom-branded mobile apps that drive repeat business. We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of outbound success to help us accelerate growth.
? What You’ll Do:
Proactively reach out to cold leads via phone and email to generate qualified demos
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospects across North America
Identify key decision-makers and clearly communicate Craver’s value proposition
Maintain high-quality discovery conversations to ensure demo bookings meet qualification criteria
Collaborate with the Account Executive and Director of Sales to optimize outreach strategy
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a full-time SDR focused on cold calling and outbound prospecting
Comfortable and confident making 100+ calls a day
Proven ability to consistently book high-quality, sales-qualified demos
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
