Job Description: Product Specialist I (Virtual Care) Summary This Product Specialist I (Virtual Care) will focus on driving market and existing customer penetration of the Qualifacts Virtual Care product Suite (aka: Oncall) . This role involves understanding the needs of healthcare providers, ensuring the technology meets those needs, and staying updated with industry trends and regulations. This individual is responsible for the product's profitability and growth, and will work with multiple departments within the organization, including design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service. Roles & Responsibilities Product development: Helping drive specifications, providing “voice of the customer” insights and market insights to the Product Management team and partnering with the PM team to support Alpha and Beta projects in the field. Marketing: Analyzing market trends, attending & presenting at industry events, supporting content by working with the marketing team to develop whitepapers, reviewing web content and supporting campaign (outreach) content and messaging. Sales: Training employees, interacting with customers, and helping customers make informed buying decisions. Working with New Business Sales Teams and Account Management teams to drive adoption of the Data and Analytics portfolio into the market and into our existing customer base. Transition Support: Supporting the transition of new clients into the implementation process by reviewing specifications and requirements with the customer and implementation team and answering any general questions during implementation. Product strategy: Partnering with the Product and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans for the sales of the products being supported. Responsible for aligning the revenue goals between product and sales and motivating the sales team to drive to the target goals on an annual basis. Qualifications Need to have a strong understanding of Virtual Care use cases, technology and market landscape Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to think logically and pay close attention to detail Strong analytical skills required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook Minimum bachelor's degree or higher education Minimum of 2 years' experience in the virtual care domain in a customer facing role Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
