Wear necessary safety equipment each day to include hard hats, safety glasses, proper work boots, safety harnesses and any other safety equipment needed for the assigned job. Act and interact professionally and effectively both within a small, dedicated team and while working autonomously, both internally (business) and externally (customers & subcontractors). Maintain Normet quality goals in the manufacturing area by reporting any non-conforming issues. Adding to the overall result by inputting ideas to the Continuous Improvement process. Commissioning of equipment at various customer locations within the region (at times there may be a need to perform these duties in other areas of North America) Product Trainer (Customer): Provide training at customer location on newly purchased equipment in compliance with Normet operator instructions. Product Maintenance Trainer: Provide training at customer location on trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining Normet equipment. Product Trainer (internal): Provide training to new and existing employees on the operation of Normet equipment and complete documentation as required. Training Program Development: Develop and deliver training presentations and materials as required to complete training programs. Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts in development of training materials Performs other related duties as assigned. Come and share your courage to shine with us!
