Office located at 5959 Côte-Vertu, Dorval.Position status: Temporary, full-timeUnder the responsability of the Manager, Crew Planning, the senior planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the schedules of pilots and flight attendants while ensuring compliance with collective agreements and regulations.ResponsibilitiesOptimize pairings in accordance with collective agreements and Canadian Aviation Regulations based on schedule provided by Network PlanningOptimize rosters in accordance with collective agreements and Canadian Aviation RegulationsCoordinate with Crew Sched, FormPN, Flight Ops, Hours and Credits, In-Flight, and other departments to resolve any crew related issuesResolve any Crew Planning discrepanciesEnsure proper application of collective agreements and Canadian aviation regulationsAssist in the implementation and development of the Jeppesen system.Any other related tasksQualificationsExperience in crew planning;Knowledge of PNT and PNC collective agreements;Knowledge of AIMS, iBid, PBS, Crew Bid and Jeppesen;Knowledge and understanding of crew planning principles;Initiative, dynamism and leadership;Excellent communication skills;Ability to work under pressure;Significant proficiency in using technological tools and software’s;Understanding of operational context and processes;Bilinguisme, French and English Additional Information#LI-FB1A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
